Jaxine Cummins - Premium Artist |
'I paint to give me joy. If other people are happy with my work, that makes my day. I love exploring life through the eyes of an artist, it's never ever boring. Being an eclectic artist, I use almost all media and let my imagination run wild. Getting new artists excited enough to explore is thrilling for me.' |

'To be an artist is exciting and painful at the same time. Exploring the inner self and stretching as an artist can be painful. But when you 'get it together', and put it on paper, board, canvas, or whatever, and someone understands it and likes it, that's excitement!'
Many of Jaxine's fine art pieces are exhibited at The Arizona Art Alliance Gallery at Talking Stick Pavilions, in Scottsdale; Courtyard by Marriott- Scottsdale at Mayo Clinic and Arizona Artists Guild. She was an active Board Member when the Arizona Pastel Artists' Association was founded by Ruth Palmisano; was Historian, Show Chairman and Past President of Phoenix Artists Guild; and is a juried member of the Arizona Art Alliance and Arizona Artists Guild, as well as a member of Scottsdale Artists League, and Sonoran Arts League.
