His specialty is a unique process, couper/coller, for cutting and gluing colored papers, and finally sealing them so they have the permanence of oil paintings and the brilliance of acrylics. |

Miller's paper art often captures Southwestern themes. A number of his pieces have been developed as larger mural-sized pieces. The artist welcomes inquiries and commissions for larger pieces of art and sculpture. He meets with clients to discuss their goals and visions for art within their homes or places of business. Attention to detail in the creation in each piece is evident in the enlargement on the left. Bits of colored paper are cut to sharpen the image of the flower and give it strong symbolic and emotional impact. Another of the artist's focuses is sculpture and bas-relief.
