Artist Statement: 'I am a Mississippi artist living in DeSoto County. In my years of painting I have explored many subjects using various media including oils, acrylics, inks, watercolor and collage. I use vibrant colors and a loose painting style to capture the spirit of the subject, which I combine with enough technical control to preserve realism. This series of paintings is watercolor on canvas. They are sealed with picture varnish and they are all signed on the left side of the gallery wrapped canvas. When someone purchases one of my paintings, I include my bio so they know who I am.'
