Moeser has a strong history of solo and group exhibitions in Canada, the USA and France. She studied Fine Arts at McGill University, Montreal, Canada, and at art schools in Toronto, Canada. She is well versed in several media among which are: drawing and painting, printmaking, photography, and ceramics. She also studied at the Universidad de Madrid, Spain.
She is represented: in Canada by the David Kaye Gallery, Toronto, and the Art Gallery of Hamilton, Hamilton, Ontario; in the U.S.A. by the Unsettled Gallery, Las Cruces, NM; in France by the Galerie Imbert, Aix en Provence.
Her work may be found in both private and Corporate Collections, among which is the Art Collection of the new Federal Court House, Las Cruces, NM, U.S.A.
She has been selected as Artist -in-Residence twice (1998 and 2003) at the Mill Atelier Gallery (Foundation) in Santa Fe, NM, U.S.A.
When time permits, Moeser teaches art privately and offers workshops in oil stick painting and collage. She is available to lecture on her work in both the American Southwest and the South of France.
