Mark Kuhne - Premium Artist |
People may easily forget what you tell them, but once they see your art they cannot easily erase the images from their mind. Mark Kuhne's paintings are inspired by God and based on God's Word. Using mostly oils, acrylics and watercolors, his work is representational, impressionistic, and sometimes abstract expressionistic. His colors are emotional and vibrant. By using mediums and several layers of paint, his paintings have luminosity. He says 'they are like the surreal or intensely irrational reality of a dream.' Embracing their layered, deeply moving beauty, thoughts of Monet, Van Gogh, and other great Impressionists come immediately to mind. |
