Pamela Ellis Artist Statement: All of my artwork is created during the process of contemplative meditation. In the right state of mind, visions will appear before me on the canvas or paper as well as on the screen of my inner sight. It is vitally important, during this creative process, to completely set aside my own critical judgement (ego) and just allow the spirit of the painting to flow. The result is an image with a palpable energy that touches ones heart and soul. I present my art as original paintings in acrylic and oil as well as original mandalas in mixed media. Inspirational / meditative greeting cards are also available.
