Yvonne has attended workshops in White Rock BC, Painters Lodge, Campbell River, River Rock Studios AB, and numerous workshops given by AFCA and SFCA artists here in the Okanagan. She was accepted as a member of the Canadian Society of Painters in Watercolour in 2001, and is in the Permanent Collection at the Art Gallery of Peel in Brampton, Ontario. An active member in the FCA Chapters in Kelowna and Vernon and has been juried into many shows in the FCA in Vancouver. She is also a member of the Society of Canadian Artists Calgary Alberta.
Yvonne was a finalist in the Artist Magazine Annual Competition 1999 and has had articles published in The Watercolour Gazette, Events Magazine, Showcase, Capital News and Kelowna & Okanagan Life Magazine.
She is a founding member of The Painters Studio (1992) and the local FCA Chapter in Kelowna, BC (1997).
Her works are in private collections in Canada, USA, United Kingdom and Europe.
